Refunds and disputes are governed by LatencyHost LLC’s Terms of Service. This Privacy Policy does not regulate refunds, billing conflicts, or payment reversals. All refunds and disputes must follow the procedures outlined in our Billing & Payments Policy.
Cancellation of services follows LatencyHost LLC’s Terms of Service. Canceling a service does not automatically trigger a data erasure request. Personal data may continue to be stored in accordance with our Data Retention section below.
Illegal activity is strictly prohibited. LatencyHost LLC may collect, preserve, or disclose user data when required to comply with subpoenas, law enforcement, or other legal obligations. Data handling for such cases is governed by the Access Arrangements section below.

This policy remains in effect for the duration of your use of LatencyHost LLC services and for an additional five (5) years thereafter. Use of any LatencyHost-owned service constitutes acceptance of all clauses in this policy.
Certain LatencyHost LLC services are targeted toward users under 16. For children under 16, parental consent is required. We collect data when a child creates an account, purchases services, interacts with support, or uses our platform.
We never sell a child’s data. Only essential data is shared with trusted third parties required for service operation. Parents are strongly encouraged to supervise online activity.
LatencyHost LLC is not liable for interactions occurring within third-party multiplayer or game-related environments not operated by us.
LatencyHost LLC complies with the GDPR and retains data only as long as necessary. We may retain personal data for up to five (5) years after it is no longer needed, primarily for taxation and legal compliance in the United States.
Access logs may be stored indefinitely for security and auditing. Service files uploaded to any LatencyHost LLC service are retained only as required, even after the termination of services.
Clients may request data deletion by emailing compliance@latencyhost.com. Proof of identity will be required. LatencyHost LLC may reject requests lacking sufficient identification.
If a request is lost or submitted incorrectly, LatencyHost LLC is not responsible. This is an explicit waiver of liability regarding misfiled or undelivered erasure requests.
Parents or guardians may request deletion of data for users under 13, subject to transaction-based identity verification.
If an erasure request is denied, users have 28 days from the decision date to file an appeal. Appeals submitted after this timeframe are automatically waived.

Crisp Chat, Google Advertising, FontAwesome, WHMCS, Trustpilot, Cloudflare, CosmicGuard, Discord, Voluum, Amazon, Optinmonster, and others.
Erasure requests for these services may require contacting the respective provider directly.
Law enforcement data requests require a valid subpoena or court order and must be sent to compliance@latencyhost.com. Only authorized employees with confidentiality agreements may access customer data for operational purposes.
You may request one (1) data export every 30 days, with a maximum of six (6) per calendar year. Additional exports may incur an $80 administrative fee.
Requests must be emailed to compliance@latencyhost.com. Responses may take up to one month. Proper identity verification is required for all SARs.
In the event of a data breach, affected users will be notified within 48 hours. We will disclose the nature of the breach, categories of affected data, and the timeline of discovery. Any compromised services may be suspended until fully secured.
By using any LatencyHost LLC service—including website access, VPS hosting, dedicated servers, game servers, and domain services—you consent to the collection and processing of data as outlined in this policy.
LatencyHost LLC is not responsible for the privacy policies or content of third-party websites and services. Users should review the policies of external services before interacting with them.
LatencyHost LLC may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of LatencyHost services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
